Occasionally emails get misdirected. If you do not receive a response within two business days, there are several ways to ensure that our emails reach you.
The first and by far the best option, is to add all our email addresses listed above to the Address Book or Contact List of your email account. After you have created six contacts, each with a different email address, please resubmit your support request.
The second option is to check that our email has not been misdirected to your spam or junk mail folders.
