Page Cannot Be Displayed

If you see the “Page cannot be displayed” message or blank page after you press the Download button in your account, your computer might be infected with one of the new malicious viruses that prevent installations and updates. If you are not able to view the McAfee or Symantec sites OR you see pop-ups with the names similar to Personal Antivirus, Antivirus 360, AntiSpyware 2009 stating that your computer is infected, the issue is almost certainly caused by the previously mentioned virus and even the installation disk (CD) will not help.

 

In order to load anti-virus software, people with infected computers must first remove the virus that prevents the installation and updates.
