My recently purchased Norton program expired

If you recently purchased a Norton product and the program notified you that it was a trial version or showed an expiration notice, simply follow the Subscribe Now process and choose the option to renew using the product key. You can find the product key in your order confirmation email that was sent out automatically at the time of placing your order. Copy the product key (license key) from the email and paste it into the Norton renewal window.

In case you lost the Subscribe Now window, you can easily go back to it by using the following directions. Norton 360 users should open their Norton 360 program from the icon on the desktop and click on My Account at the right top of the Norton program window. There, they will see the option to subscribe/renew. Norton Antivirus and Norton Internet Security users should open their program from the icon on the desktop and click on Subscribe Now button at the right bottom of the Norton program window.
