It happens in either of the following:

  1. You purchased the program from a different company, possibly, directly through Norton.com. In this case try logging in at MyNortonAccount.com by clicking here. Use the Forgot Your Password link if you receive the invalid password message.

  2. The email you used to login differs from the email you used when you placed your order (typo or different email). In this case click Log Out at the right top of your NortonOutlet.com account and try to login using the download link in your order confirmation email or click here to login at NortonOutlet.com using a different email address.
